Download SnapperMail Over-The-Air

Here are the steps to download SnapperMail files directly using Web on your PalmOS handheld device:

1. Sign in and tap the PRC file that you wish to download.
2. You should be redirected to a click-wrap page. Read the End-User License Agreement (EULA) by tapping on the down arrow at the bottom of the scroll bar.
   
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and check the Accept checkbox to enable the Download button.
   
4. Tap the Download button, move the stylus a little bit, and lift the stylus.
5. Wait approximately 5 seconds or more.
6. If you are using a Sprint device, you may get a warning. Optionally check Don't warn me again. Tap Yes.
   
7. You should get a download form. If not try clearing the cache and trying again. The download form has the incorrect filename (download.cfm) and size (0.0K). Ignore these and tap Yes.
   
8. The next form also has the incorrect filename. Ignore this and tap Save and open.
   
9. If the progress form shows a transfer over 100K then you will know everything is working OK.
   
10. Tap Yes to install SnapperMail on your device.
